  • Extensive expertise in contingency planning, shoreline mapping, tactical plans, shoreline cleanup, SCAT Management, training and exercise development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic aspects of inland, marine and offshore response;
  • Attended numerous small and large-scale incidents within North America;
  • Recognized expert in the conduct of shoreline assessment using SCAT (ground, aerial, and canine);
  • Recognized trainer and examiner for Transport Canada certified marine courses;
  • Volunteer trainer and examiner for Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons marine courses.
