Provide emergency oil spill response services for a pipeline release of heavy crude to a large inland river.

  • Provided oil spill operational response advice;
  • SCAT Team Leaders (aerial, ground, canine);
  • Provided recommendations and guidance for treatment of oiled shorelines;
  • Conducted photo-monitoring and shoreline profiling;
  • Provided SCAT data management and GIS support.
